We are delighted to present our research program and the diverse work of our members. The podcast not only offers insights into the various research topics of the research training group, but also sheds light on everyday academic life and doctoral studies in our interdisciplinary research environment.
In the current (German) episode, Prof. Markus Lederer and Prof. Andreas Nölke talk about standards from a global perspective. Both conduct research in the field of international relations and provide insights into their projects. Together, we discuss the role standards play in international environmental policy, the political implications of accounting standards, and the relationship between the Global South and the Global North in standard-setting, including possible conflicts.
In the future, we will continue to welcome exciting guests from the RTG, including principal investigators, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers, who will report on their research and their journey through the college.
