Timo Alexander Richter has been a research assistant at the Institute of Political Science since 2017, first at the chair “Political System of the FRG and Comparison of Political Systems” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Arthur Benz and since 2020 at the chair “International Relations” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Markus Lederer. Since 2023, Mr. Richter is also the Manager of the Research Training Group “Standards of Governance” for the Chair of Transnational Governance.
His dissertation project examines the effectiveness of European energy market coordination at the level of ministerial administrative actors.
